Service Description

This is only for clients that have completed IHP packages and need additional support. 30 minutes long 1 on 1 session with IHP (via zoom) after completing their program. For clients wanting to do follow-up/check-in sessions, and maintenance. *All information provided is for health education purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
